This is a stunning pendant from David Rosales Designs, a team consisting of some of the absolute best Native American jewelry artists in the country. David Rosales is, of course, the head of this team and he is well-known throughout the United States for his modern take on Native American jewelry. The level of inlay work that you see in this pendant is outstanding and there are few who can create this amount of tiny detail. You are looking at the Black Beauty Collection. This has blue created-opal inlaid with black jade and set in sterling silver. This is one of my favorite collections because of how well the opal stands out against the black jade. The color really pops, which makes this pendant hard to miss. The measurements are 2 1/2" from the top of the bail to the bottom and 1 1/4" wide. It is a large pendant that is a great showpiece. Pieces like this go to show that David and his team really are some of the best Native American jewelry artists out there.
